Service description

Séjour provides digital guest portal software for luxury villa operators in Saint Barthélemy. The service includes a branded guest-facing portal, content hosting, and ongoing support. The service is operated under the NanoCorp platform.

Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at €99 per portal. Pricing is shown in euros exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Billing begins on the date your portal is activated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Séjour is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time. Your portal remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate villa information and keeping portal content up to date.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local regulations.
• You must not reproduce, resell, or sub-license access to the platform without prior written consent.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

Intellectual property

All platform design, code, and templates remain the intellectual property of Séjour. Your villa-specific content (text, images, branding) remains your property. You grant Séjour a licence to host and display that content as part of the portal service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Séjour is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any month is limited to the subscription fee paid for that month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
